Championships Week 2022

Let’s get PUMPED for the end of an AWESOME season! Last week of practice Information:

Muffin Monday: This practice is for ALL swimmers.
– We will practice, as normal, and have a special treat after swimming. This is the last practice for B champ-only swimmers.

Technique Tuesday: This practice is for A Champs swimmers. -We will work on starts, turns, finishes and stroke technique.

Water Wednesday: This practice is for A Champs swimmers. -We will practice, as normal, then some “water fun.”

Teamwork Thursday: This practice is for A Champs swimmers. -Relay work and “team building activities”

FunDay Friday: ALL swimmers welcome at this LAST practice -We will play some fun games and a special treat after swimming.

*Practices are “normal time” as they have been all season for each age-group.
